Are all items used?

All items have additional information available on the product page where you can see the condition of the item. Most items are used since it is vintage and/or rare. Please be aware that when you order an item, we take it as you fully understand the condition.

Can I return or exchange the items I purchased?

Due to us being a very small team behind Ocha Books, all items will be final sale. We ask that you carefully read the product description and review your purchase beforehand. If you have any additional questions regarding an item, please feel free to contact us!

How often do you have new collections?

Since we have a very small team behind Ocha Books, we try our best to have a new collection every month. We keep it limited to about 10-15 items because we want to keep the exclusivity and it is sourced and curated very carefully. Please feel free to sign up to our newsletter or follow us on instagram for frequent updates!

How long does it take to ship?

We try our best to ship 2-3 days after you order. If you order on the weekend, we wait till the following business day to ship the item out.

Can I send requests for an item?

We are always happy to receive requests or suggestions of items! You can send us an email at hello@ochabooks.com, or via DM on Instagram.

Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, unit, or suite numbers where applicable.

    If an order is placed with an incomplete or invalid address, we will contact the customer using the email provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response within 3–5 business days, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

  • Ocha Books is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned or undeliverable packages.

  • Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

  • We do our best to ship within 2-3 days of your order. If you place an order on the weekend, we will wait until the following business day to ship the item.

  • Once an order is shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. Ocha Books is not responsible for carrier delays.
